g2o Travel & Events, as an official partner of The Meetings Space, had the honour of co-organizing an exceptional event at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and Çırağan Palace Kempinski on 6-7 March 2025.
Designed to foster networking, stimulate innovation and create new business opportunities, the event brought together around 270 representatives from major international organisations in the MICE sector. |

The launch of the event was marked by a welcome evening at Conrad Istanbul. Participants were invited to an elegant cocktail reception, fostering exchange and networking in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

We added some authentic cultural touches to this initial gathering, with traditional dance performances, street sellers enlivening the evening, a unique experience with a fortune teller at a special Turkish coffee corner and a water painting activity where guests could create their own artistic masterpieces using traditional Turkish techniques.

On 7 March, after a morning of B2B meetings, various activity groups were organised for participants to explore the city's natural, historical and cultural treasures such as the Bosphorus, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.

We closed the event with an unforgettable gala evening at Çırağan Palace Kempinski. Our guests enjoyed a refined and immersive gastronomic experience, accompanied by impressive performances such as dance and whirling dervish shows that took them into a mystical and enchanting world.
